Precision CNC machining

3 and 4-axis CNC lathes and machining centers for industrial and subsea components in carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex and super duplex, aluminum alloys and polymers.

  • 4 CNC lathes, up to Ø1,100 mm swing over bed and 2,000 mm between centers
  • 5 machining centers, including 2 ROMI D-1000 4-axis machines
  • Table up to 1,500 × 800 mm on the Travis 1500-SL

Heavy fabrication and offshore structures

Subsea intervention tools, ROV skid repair, launch frames, manifolds, piping, loadout ramps and offshore structures.

  • ABNT NBR ISO 9001:2015 quality system and Petrobras CRC registration
  • WPS qualified per AWS D1.1, D1.2 and D1.6
  • TIG and MIG welding of aluminum and 304 / 316L stainless steel

Common questions from our buyers

Is Usinando a Petrobras supplier?

We are registered in the Petrobras supplier registry (CRC) and our quality management system is certified by ABNT to NBR ISO 9001:2015 (certificate No. 23.064/25, valid until Sep 16, 2028). The scope covers precision machining, fabrication, piping, assembly, blasting and coating. View the certificate.

Do you only machine, or also fabricate and coat?

All three. Cutting, machining, welding, assembly, blasting and coating happen in our facilities, which shortens lead times and simplifies purchasing: one supplier, one point of responsibility.

Which welding procedures do you follow?

Our WPS are qualified per AWS D1.1 (structural steel), D1.2 (aluminum) and D1.6 (stainless steel), with qualified welders. We perform TIG and MIG welding of aluminum and 304 / 316L stainless steel.

Where are your facilities?

Headquarters is in Itaboraí, Rio de Janeiro state (Rua da Penetração, Jardim Marambaia, ZIP 24858-508). The branch is in Rio das Ostras (Rua Químico de Petróleo, Zen, ZIP 28899-008), close to the Campos Basin offshore hubs.
