What data we collect
On the quote form: name, company, e-mail, phone, type of service and your message. To protect this form against bots, we also record the IP address and the time of submission.
This website does not use tracking cookies, advertising tools or visitor analytics.
What we use it for
- Replying to your quote request or question;
- Keeping the commercial history of the negotiation;
- Preventing abuse and automated submissions.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Résumés (Careers)
Résumés sent to oportunidades@usinando.com.br are used only for Usinando hiring processes and can be deleted at the candidate's request.
Ethics hotline
Reports go to a dedicated mailbox with restricted access. The message does not include the sender's IP address or device data. In anonymous mode we do not ask for a name or contact details. To prevent automated repeated submissions, the server uses, for one hour, a code scrambled with a secret key (not the IP itself), which is not included in the report.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to handle your request and to meet legal and tax obligations related to a possible purchase.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your data at any time by e-mailing comercial@usinando.com.br.
